Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory coordination, manage accounts receivable processes, support product distribution, and ensure excellent execution across trade channels. This role works closely with the warehouse, merchandising, and marketing teams to maximize brand visibility, execute promotional activities, and maintain a strong presence in the market through trade visits and event support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team
- Identify growth opportunities across channels
- Set clear KPI’s and monitor performance of the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing departments
- Represent the brand at events
- Plan and execute product launches and activations
- Manage Key accounts
- Good communication / Relationship with local trade
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the drinks industry
- Bachelors in Business or related field
- Proven track record
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
- Ability to create small agreements, contracts
