Position: Senior Director of Sales and Marketing
Location: Belize (with regional travel)

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial operations in Belize and expansion in CARICOM. This pivotal role is responsible for bridging high-level corporate strategy with on-the-ground execution to drive sustainable, profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a preferred specialization in the distilled products sector, to lead our brand positioning and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s long-term vision and revenue targets.
Brand Management: Lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and product innovations to increase market share and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Sales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization to ensure accountability and track performance against KPIs.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels for our spirit portfolio.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Digital Innovation: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in the Food and Beverage sector; direct experience in the distilled products or spirits industry is a significant advantage.
Regional Context: Deep understanding of the Belizean market and CARICOM dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory landscape.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand at industry conferences and networking events.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools for informed decision-making.
