Job Description

Job Summary:  The firm is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support & Marketing Officer to support the smooth operation of the Group’s IT systems, provide timely user assistance, and manage essential software platforms. The role also supports marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, and brand-building activities. Strong technical skills, creativity, organization, and excellent communication are essential for success in this dual-function position.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support, troubleshoot software issues, and coordinate major technical matters with outsourced IT.
  • Configure new user systems, activate required access and security settings, and train staff on software and IT policies.
  • Manage computer inventory and software licenses, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
  • Support and monitor network infrastructure (wireless and LAN) and enforce IT security and policy compliance.
  • Maintain the Group’s marketing platforms, including social media channels and website updates.
  • Develop marketing content such as graphics, videos, brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Provide branding support in line with Moore Global guidelines and assist with promotional events and campaigns.

 

Qualifications:

The candidate should possess a Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.  Individuals who have an Associate Degree in Business or a related field are eligible to apply if they can demonstrate a high level of I.T. technical knowledge and marketing capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for staff support and reporting.
  • Able to work effectively with internal teams and external IT vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, licenses, and records.
  • Skilled in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Capable of training staff on software, IT policies, and system use.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in learning and adapting to new software tools and technologies required to support business operations.
