Job Description
We’re hiring a Remote Production Associate to support revenue growth by managing inbound insurance leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and preparing new business submissions. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and a key partner to our Account Executive—keeping the pipeline full, organized, and moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management (Social + Phone)
- Respond quickly to all inbound quote requests from social media, email, website, and call-ins
- Ask the right intake questions, gather required details, and document everything cleanly in our system
- Pre-qualify leads and route opportunities to the Account Executive based on fit/urgency
- Follow up consistently until the lead is either booked, quoted, or closed out with notes
- Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting
- Make daily outbound calls to targeted businesses to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Use scripts and talk tracks (and help improve them over time based on what’s working)
- Overcome objections professionally and keep conversations moving toward a booked call
- Track activity (calls, connects, appointments set) and report results
- New Business Submission Support (Applications)
- Collect missing underwriting information and required documents from prospects
- Prepare and complete insurance applications accurately for new business opportunities
- Package submissions clearly for the Account Executive to take to market
- Maintain a clean submission checklist and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

- Fast response time to inbound leads
- Consistent daily outbound activity and appointments booked per week
- High-quality, accurate applications/submissions with minimal rework
- Strong follow-up discipline and clean documentation
