VP of Operations

Senior Leadership Role · Relocation to Belize Required

We’re looking for a senior operator to take full ownership of day-to-day resort & restaurant operations — on the ground in Belize.

 

FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
P&L ownership, cash flow, budgeting & cost control across resort & restaurant

 

SYSTEMS & OPERATIONS
WebRezPro, Lightspeed POS, SOP development & process integration

 

REVENUE & MARKETING
Pricing strategy, OTA management, revenue team collaboration, direct booking growth

 

PEOPLE & STAKEHOLDERS
Team leadership, HOA liaison, concierge & tour operations, community relations

 

WHAT’S ON OFFER

  • $5,000 BZD/mo – Monthly salary
