Head Chef
If you are a professional, experienced, high-energy Head Chef with a creative, innovative mind and possess at least 5 years’ experience, we are looking for you!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations
- Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor and develop team member performance, provide supervision and professional development, scheduling and evaluations
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Demonstrate a track record of creativity, training, cost control, and understanding the intricacies of running a busy, high-performing kitchen
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- A strong desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset
