📍 Location: Belize City
💰 Salary: $1,200 BZD Monthly
🕓 Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Flexible hours may be required
🔍 Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Trainer to support the development and performance of our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, has strong communication skills, and is capable of delivering engaging, impactful training sessions to diverse staff.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills:
Must own a vehicle or motorcycle with a valid driver’s license
Diploma
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Fluent or intermediate-level Spanish speaker
Proficient in time management, organization, and problem-solving
Comfortable working independently and managing training schedules
Tech-savvy; able to use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), email, and other tools
