Job Description

Position Overview:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for architectural design? As a Designer 1, you’ll play a key role in realizing our design visions, collaborating closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating detailed designs for timber frame projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Develop and refine visual presentations and renderings with Lumion to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to ensure project specifications are met and design integrity is maintained.
  • Prepare and revise design documents, drawings, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of architectural design principles.
  • Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion is a plus; willingness to learn and grow in these tools is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
