Job Description
Primary Role:
We are looking for a focused Office Administrator to operate the daily activities of the business and office. The Office Administrator will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information, capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner and to collaboratively work with other parties involved.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure they are easily accessible
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Serving as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Assisting with the on boarding process for new hires
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office events and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages.
- Maintain accurate inventory of fuel in stock
- Prepare and send daily reports of wet stock inventory and Pump Attendant’s Sheet
- Process payments and issue receipts for customers.
- Balance cash and inventory.
- Prepare deposits daily.
- Assist with the management of employees’ P/file
- Collect and organize invoices, statements, reports, employee data, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
- Organize information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily ETAs for deliveries
- Entering and updating information on QuickBooks, including bills.
- Ensuring data is backed up at the end of each day.
- Liaise with clients and employees for efficient services
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
Qualification:
Associate Degree in Business

Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
Good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Proficient touch-typing skills.
