Job Description

Our company is rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a new face with a great skill set to join our team in Santa Elena, Cayo. There is plenty of room for growth in our fast-pace environment. We’re hiring a full-time admin assistant who will report directly to our Office Manager, Houston & Chicago offices.

  • Strategic Planning &Problem solving
  • Technology
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 50Lbs
  • Driving/ability to travel is a plus

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years as Admin Assistant or similar office role

Professional Duties: 

  • Port Clearance Management: Handle the clearance process for containers at the port, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Liaison Duties: Collaborate closely with customs, BAHA, and occasionally with brokers to facilitate necessary procedures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exhibit excellent negotiation abilities to effectively manage interactions and resolve issues.
  • Communication & Work Ethic: Must be outspoken, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a dedicated work ethic.
