Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team in the Cayo District. This role is commission-only, offering a maximum commission of 15% on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Cayo District.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Cayo District market is a plus.
