Requirements and Skills:

  • Age: 21+
  • Location: San Ignacio or Santa Elena Town
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager
    • Experience in the drinks industry
  • Skills:
    • Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills and a team player
    • Adaptable to changing market conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies
    • Gain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across all channels
