Technical Support Representative Job Description

The Technical Support Representative is responsible for resolving and accurately logging customer calls, identifying issues, and providing effective suggestions and long-term solutions. This role requires adherence to legal and process compliance, including HIPAA and BAA policies, hold processes, and outbound call disclosures. Representatives will work closely with assigned mentors and team leaders to develop and improve customer service skills, technical aptitude, and product knowledge. They will utilize provided support tools, learn troubleshooting techniques, and enhance their ability to deliver excellent service.
