Job Description
General objective of the position: Satisfy the needs of the end customer, through a unique shopping experience and with advice based on application systems, provide operational support to the assigned branch.
Required degree: Complete High School
Years of experience: minimum 6 months
Age range: 21 to 35
Fluent Spanish
Knowledge:

- Technical knowledge of COMEX products

Job responsibilities:
- Identification of the type of client that enters the store and implement the service and attention protocol on a daily basis.
- Know the use and care of the tinting equipment and the Color Center system.
- • Assortment of orders in store or at home and collection of merchandise
- Advise, offer, sell and promote products or services, through application systems
- Know the security elements in the store and ensure the safety of the store and of oneself within the branch
- Make calls to customers to follow up on the sale and offer the Club Comex card.
- Implement the campaign execution guide and carry out flyering or store vocation.
- Carry out and/or support the opening of the store, pre-check and cleaning according to the assigned areas, as well as the closing of the store.
- Use the different sales tools (inspiration, selection and experimentation) to advise the client.
- Reception of merchandise from the warehouse and support for audits.
- Attend and participate in the events, programs and training courses to which it is scheduled.
