Purpose of the position.

Provide users with a professional and specialized service that provides solutions to specific problems that different devices within the company may present, as well as programs and technical guidance.

Requirements:
Computer Technician or related.
-Advanced Spanish.
-Microsoft Office.
-Network installations and computer equipment.

A day in the life of…

-Documentation of incidents.
-Server status review.
-Review of security cameras.
-Installation of commercial programs (software).
-Control of network and telephony communications.
-Review in all branches (replicating your data).
-Wiring of networks and computer equipment.
-Information backup.
-Generation of improvement projects.

What will make you successful…

Experience in installation and configuration of computer equipment.
Network configuration.
Information backup.
Wired and structured.
Documentation.

Ability to identify and solve problems Analytical & Problem Solving Data Structure Interpersonal Skills
