Job Description

Copal Tree Distillery LTD. is an award-winning, world class certified organic rum distillery in the Toledo District. Qualified persons are invited to submit applications for the position of Maintenance Manager.

 

Copal Tree Distillery produces spirits from fresh organic sugar cane. 

The Maintenance Manger will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining preventative and annual maintenance plans
  • Managing annual maintenance.
  • Managing daily maintenance request and tasks.
  • Preparing and managing the annual maintenance budget
  • Participate in and manage CAPEX projects
  • Maintenance software
  • Manage inventory spare parts
        • Maximizing reliability
        • Reducing capital investment
  • Maintain direct relationship with technical Suppliers and third-party contractors
  • Managing a team of 5-10 people
  • Reporting to and updating management on all maintenance activities

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline, project management or equivalent
  • Prior experience in similar industry operations
  • Experience in maintenance management will be an asset
