Job Description:
We are currently seeking (6) six enthusiastic and customer-focused Pump Attendants to join our team at our fuel station located at Mile 4.5 on the Phillip Goldson Highway in Belize City. As a Pump Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by refilling fuel and cleaning windshields for incoming vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with refueling their vehicles.
- Clean vehicle windshields as a courtesy service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the fuel pumps.
- Provide information on fuel types and answer any customer queries.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Shifts Available:
- Morning to Afternoon (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Afternoon to Night (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with 1 day off during the week and a 1-hour lunch break
