Overview:

A dynamic company is seeking a skilled Full-Time Manager Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. This role blends graphic design, administrative management, and marketing responsibilities. We’re looking for a creative, organized individual with a mix of design flair, management experience, and marketing know-how to thrive in this multifaceted position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Operations: Daily operations, ensuring print jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to the required standards.
  • Staff Management: Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising print shop staff, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to perform effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor printed materials for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.
    • Resource Management: Help manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is functioning properly to support uninterrupted operations.
    • Customer Service: Interact with customers as needed, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
    • Project Management: Assist with planning and executing print projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Marketing Support: Coordinate promotional activities, manage marketing schedules, and all marketing related activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field with graphic design skills.
    • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a management-related role (print shop experience a plus).
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw)
    • Some management skills or work experience, with the ability to oversee staff and operations effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail in design, production, and quality control.

    Work Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45 hours/week), with occasional flexibility for project deadlines or manager needs.
